I think the film is very powerful and shows what can happen if kids are left for a long period of time with no adults. Two of the main characters, Ralph and Jack. These two characters represent very different things in the film. Jack is all for a dictatorship and wants things his own way where as Ralph wants a democracy and law and order. These two clash against each other and create conflict between the kids in the film. This creates a very good atmosphere for the film. Throughout the film, there are no moments where you are bored, there is always something exiting going on. Overall the film can be slightly disturbing in some parts but is very powerful and opens your eyes.
