3:10 To Yuma (2007)

For Christian Bale to be kick-ass awesome without his Bat-gadgets, who knew all he'd need were a few chunky guns and a lethal aim! This film follows Dan Evans, a poor cattle rancher, as he escorts the famed and murderous outlaw Ben Wade to the train which will take him to Yuma prison in the hope to relieve some of his own crushing debts. Along the way, each of the escort are picked off one by one by various obstacles including Wade's obediant dogs, unfriendly Apache, money-lusting 'lawful' men and of course Wade himself. This puts Dan and his son (who secretly followed them in search for adventure and heroism) in mortal danger and makes them question what is more important: their lives, or that Ben Wade gets the execution he deserves?

I loved the film, it was a wonderful movie to note as my first ever Western. The only issue was that I could hardly work out what the thick cowboy accents were saying.

Prepare for some extreme puzzling and psychology as you uncover the ambiguous goals of each character and the deception many are capable of!
