This amazing film about king george the 5th and his stammer realy gripped me throughout the film even though there is no action. The film is about the king with a speech problem and finds it very difficult to give public speeches to his country. Tom Hooper did a brilliant job in making the film because it makes you feel the fustration and difficultys of having a stutter especially if you are an important person. Colin Firth ,playing the king, did an exelent job as when I was watching I could almost feel his emotions. The film is brilliant and very serious with some moments of comedy. The only thing that let me down in the film was the story of king georges brother because they didnt make it very clear why he stepped down from the throne. Overall I think the film was very enjoyable and I highly recomend wathing it.
