This film is very enjoyable! It inspired me to believe and promote women's rights as I think it captured how badly women then AND now are treated and how alone they can feel when men treat them in certain ways. It isn't what I would usually watch but I loved it because the message of the film is still present in today's society and it shows women that we can be strong, we can be fun, and we can do anything that we put our minds too. The fact that the director Ridley Scott used serious and funny scenes balanced the movie perfectly as I felt that I was involved with Thelma and Louise and that I was on the run with them. The accent at times was hard to understand at times but in general the acting was amazing from all of who was involved. I loved the way the characters evolved from the stereo-typical women of the 1960's to real pro feminist women who will do just about anything to to get by and beat the unfair justice system in America. I would recomend this to every girl I know to get them to believe in women again just like Thelma and Louise did.

Hugely popular, touchingly sad drama about the life-long friendship between two very different women, a singing star and a top lawyer.
