This is my favourite film of the year so far.

I have never found a film which both angers me and leaves me speechless. Jesse Eisenberg, Woddy Harrelson and Mark Ruffalo steal the whole entire film and to be honest, I haven't seen a film with Jesse Eisenberg but now I want to see more. There is just a sense of sarcasm and I love that.

So basically this film is about 'The Four Horsemen' trying to band together and perform their final act. Like all great magic acts, there needs to be suspense. Then a good ending. No one wants to see the act fall flat because somebody had lost their life or it's just plain bad. This film is exactly like a magic trick. An exquisite one at that.

I don't want to give anything away, that's like saying the ending to Harry Potter to a young girl with a dream to be a wizard! The ending is almost layered. Meaning that if you were in a crowded theatre like me and brother were, you can physically see the penny drop for each and every member of the audience. It's the universal feeling of knowing how something happened; that's what we question as a child, so that's why this film is so appealing. Or maybe it's the amazing editing and tricks.

So in the words of the tagline (now my favourite tagline):

Come in close, because the more you think you see, the easier it'll be to fool you.
