By the end of this film I felt like I could do anything………... this is a futuristic film about one man who stays aware and doesn’t let his guard drop and saves humanity as we know it. The film is like a game as it’s got the object/mission of a game, and strategy of a game and it has… RULES! These rules do not apply to humans but to robots these are “The three laws!” Law 1: A robot must never harm a human Law 2: A robot must always obey a human, as long as the command applies to law 1 Law 3: A robot may not harm itself through inactions, unless it applies to laws one and two In addition to that if any of those laws are to be broken then there are great dangers and risks that with come into the world. Everything is ok when the rules are being followed, however with a little bit of reprogramming things can start to go wrong….. at that point our astute Detective has to work hard to make sure things don’t spiral out of control. We kept on edge all the time. I-robot is an exciting film that I would highly recommend to people who are always in for a little mystery, tension and amazement. Adding to that, the age group recommended for this film is 12+, although in my opinion I would say the average 10 and 11 year olds can handle a little excitement! Just to sum up what this thriller is about I am going to say is… ALWAYS OBEY THE 3 LAWS!!!
