Chappie is a good film with a good plot about a robot trying to understand a humans emotions I find this a great concept to base a story around, with funny and quirky moments to lighten up a quite serious story. Some characters have no real back story such as Hugh Jackman and Dev Patel's characters as they are important characters and I feel like they should have invested more time in telling us more about there characters. Chappie is a fun likeable character that is the most developed character as he is the main character that brings the main emotions of the film to life making me feel sorry for him as he goes through the story, overall this is a good film that I enjoyed and I would recommend to a friend.
