I know, I know… it’s not the Godfather or Apocalypse Now, but I feel everyone should have their own cinematic guilty pleasure and mine is Confessions of a Shopaholic. Just like main character Rebecca Bloomwood (Isla Fisher), Confessions of a Shopaholic is cute, vibrant or so very entertaining! The film tells the story of Rebecca, a journalist with dreams firmly set on writing for the fashion bible Alette. However her addiction to shopping and a stack of maxed out credit card, threatens to be her greatest down fall. If you love great casts and fabulous outfits, if you loved the Devil Wears Prada and you love all things fashion meets film, then Confessions of a Shopaholic is absolutely the film for you!
