Boyhood was an incredible film the settings suited the scene of the whole film. The one thing that I enjoyed about the movie is that their was some amusing and some not really fascinating parts of the film. The genre of the film was Shadow Docu-Drama.The film was both confusing and mysterious because you dont know what was is going to happen next. It was filmed with the same cast over the course of 12 years, captured family meals, road trips, birthday parties, photos and most importantly growing up.The films Production began in 2002 and finished in 2013, with the directors achievement, that he had to make a film about growing up. The ending was a disappointment for me because it just left me hanging so i dont know what happens next .I'll rate this film a 3 star film because it was amusing in parts just like life can be. I would recommend it to teenagers because its not suitable for under 10s due to some drugs, alcohol and swearing.
