Gremlins is fine.

It's a comedy and horror film combined into one and it's OK. Basically it's about this boy who gets a gift from his father, that the father got from a old person, and the gift contains a mogwai (or gremlin if you want), a small version of a Yoda. There are 3 golden rules to this mogwai, don't show it to light, don't put it in water and don't feed it after midnight. Of course one of the rules are broken and then chaos ensues.

If it sounds so short and so boring it's because I don't have any feelings for this film other than it's ok. Films from the 19s are really hard to impress me these days because it's from the 19s of course and they all have 19s films problems like bad costumes and bad cgi. Films like Rush Hour and Star Wars have particular merits of their own that make me go, ok even though it's from the olden days its still cool to watch.

The flim is actually pretty good at combining both horror and comedy together. I thought it was going to be bad since movies before that I've seen always flop at it, but this movie does it pretty well at some cases.

Don't really have that much to say to films like this. It might've been good back then but in my eyes this movie is OK.
