Cheesiest animation of the year!

4 stars

17 Sep 2019

From the makers of Wallace and Grommet and Chicken Run, Flushed away has few memorable scenes but it does have some funny parts which include musical slugs and dumb security rats. The chase scene was quite eye-widening and would have looked good in 3D. It has a highly interesting story in which a small mouse ,played by Hugh Jackman, embarks on a brave journey down the toilet pipe. On his journey he encounters a young girl mouse. This is a family film, suitable for all ages. What lets the film down is the poor computer animation and it would have suited stop-motion animation a lot better. I might watch this film again but not too soon as it was a bit cheesy! I would give this film 3 and a half stars if I could. This is my review on Flushed Away. By Alisa Busby age 10.
