This film offered us one of the most complex yet satisfying plot twists. The soundtrack in this film was beautiful, taking the families favourite song and twisting it, a representation of the twisted versions of themselves which came to light. Compared to Jordan peele’s previous films, this takes on a more traditional horror genre. The film itself remained extremely unpredictable, slowly ‘tethering’ it all together, such as finding out Adelaide's plot twist, and understanding the motivations of the doppelgangers, which leaves us in anticipation wondering what will happen next. I personally didn't think this film would appeal to me, but upon learning of its dark thoughtful nature, and the fact we have to piece it all together which adds fear upon realisation, it was certainly enjoyable. I would recommend this film to those who watch Marvel or DC movies, this being due to the immense dedication both fan bases have to finding things out from the smallest hidden Easter eggs and references, which this film is in no short supply of, which once again only adds to the enjoyment overall.
