Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark

5 stars

17 Dec 2020

Toady is the 17th of December 2020 which also means the seventeenth day of the Christmas countdown and advent and I have just watched the first film of the Indiana Jones film series which was made in 1981 that means the first film was made 40 years ago. Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark is all about In the year 1936 a American archaeologist whose name is Indiana Jones or Doctor Jones or he using his other name which is Indy for short. He overcomes an ancient booby-trapped temple in Peru to retrieve a golden idol. Though betrayed by his guides and cornered by rival archaeologist René Belloq and an indigenous tribe, Jones escapes in a waiting seaplane; Belloq steals the idol for himself from Jones. he then also ventures to seize a biblical artefact known as the Ark of the Covenant. While doing so, he puts up a fight against Renee and a troop of Nazis who are also after the artefact known as the Ark of the Covenant will Jones get it first or will the Nazis get their hands on it with the help from Renee. This film review has been given five stars because this is another treasure hunting film that I enjoyed very much. The first treasure hunting film that I have seen is called National Treasure and National Treasure: Book of Secrets I have wrote reviews for both. So as I said this film has got five stars which means I loved it because I love Harrison Ford's films. He has been in all of the Indiana Jones films of course and he is in the film The Secret Life of Pets 2 he played the voice of the character Rooster. His most recent film that he has been in is a film called The Call of the Wild he played the character John Thornton and finally his most famous films that he has been in are 4 of the Star Wars films these are called Star Wars: A New Hope which is {Episode IV}, Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back which is {Episode V], Star Wars: The Force Awakens {Episode VII} and Star Wars:Return of the Jedi {Episode VI} he played the famous character whose name is Han Solo the one who had a partner called Chewbacca or Chew or short. That is finally the end of my film review on Indiana Jones Raiders of the Lost Ark. Thank you for reading my review that I have finally wrote because I have seen this film before but never wrote a review for it until now. My next film is called Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom which I will watch tomorrow.
