Princess and the frog was set in New Orleans in the 1920s the story is about a young black middle aged woman working and fighting hard to buy her own restaurant and to conquer her dreams of becoming a successful restraint owner, but that all stops when a prince visits town and a evil magician all come together through darkness and evil things turn upside down especially when you're a frog it makes it even more difficult to pursue her dreams especially when it's caused by kissing another frog , but the 'frogs' set out on a journey to find a good witch that can break the spell and turn them back , on the journey they have lots of ups and downs and even sad deaths and make loving , musical friendly friends who have a love for jazz music.
The costumes and music are just everything ,the costumes are very themed to the topic and have lovely designs and the music is just fun and just make you want to dance and groove. All of the characters have weird relationships but each one has a lovely back story and happy days.
My favourite character is Tianna 'The main character' is just inspirational and independent which makes her so admiring and an example to all women.
