I had heard some tales of the notoriously poor animation and confusing storytelling of this film but this was quite worse than what I had been told about.
Will Smith performs his role well enough and is the only thing giving this review a single star, only just.
The rest of the cast's performances were flat and dull at best and completely robotic (no pun intended) at worse.
The film is littered with shameless corporate plugs with Will Smith constantly showing off his 2004 Vintage converse all-stars and his seemingly indestructible Mercedes car at every possible opportunity, however the worst part is undoubtedly the muddled and confused messaging of this offence to cinema.
By the end I was utterly confused as to whether they wanted us to fear the dangers of a rogue A.I That is capable of crippling entire nations and killing millions for its own twisted sense of logic or to sympathise with the poor mass-murdering robots who were only following orders to massacre various unpaid extras
A very poor film in my opinion, only watch if you wish to laugh at just how bad it is
