This movie will be my demise. I can not stop watching this stupid smurf wannabe. He is an old dumb little alien man who hides his insecurities in his alter ego "Bernard" created only to trick roxanne (the so-called female girlboss of this movie, the movie would be better without her as she contributed nothing to this story, as she is only the love interest for megamind/bernard.) The minion was the only humane character, which is odd to say as he is the least "human looking" character. Megamind's "mega-mind" isnt so mega, he might be good with electronics and creating stuff but his social and romantic sense (and common sense) is minimal. Hal's obsession with roxanne should have been stronger and more contradicting when he became megamind's created superhero. If the relationship between Metroman and megamind had been stronger-possibly if metroman and megamind were childhood friends isntead of constant enimies-the story would have developed more. The whole movie was trapped in Megamind's lies and the storyline was divided into two parts which apart could have been two different movies, they did not contrast eachother well. Hal completely lost interest in roxanne when he became a superhero, which made zero sense, his love for roxanne was so strong then just disappeared. Make it make sense.
