This film is a dramatized biography of Elvis Presleys life, from boyhood all the way until his tragic death in Memphis. Whilst there are comedic parts, the majority of this film is very sad, shifting the mood to a familiar Presley blues atmosphere.

One of the most interesting parts of this film is the music choice given that the music is all orchestral versions of Presleys original songs.

This is one of my absolute favorite films ever, especially because I love presleys music.
