There is a saying Comedy = Tragedy + Time, this is just a tragedy. If you want to feel like you could've done something better with the next hour and 26 minutes, this is probably your best bet; next too watching paint dry and literally doing nothing. There is a rule of thumb in cinema that by simply having James Corden in a role in your film or TV it drags your creative endevor to mediocraty, usually. There are exeptions; like this, were its actually very bad.
My frustration should be visable, to me this might not have been worth writing 1 more review and £20, you might think "Why did I rate it so highly?" Well its mostly because I don't think it's worth my time to hate it as much as I think I probably should.
Will I regret not giving this film a lower review? Maybe.
Will I bother to rewatch this film to regret this? No, I'd say I wouldn't.
Will you regret watching this film? I'd say I don't know, you do you; as long as you ain't making me watch it, I don't really care what you do involving this film as long as you ain't harming yourself or others involving this film.
I have a nice day whoever you may be.
