Escape to Witch Mountain

4 stars

11 May 2024

On Tuesday the 7th of May 2024 myself and the family continued are Disney challenge, which is a challenge on Walt Disney's films though the years and the film that was chosen was from the year 1975 and it is also the original as the company made the film again but with a new title which was called Race to Witch Mountain which stars Dwayne Johnson as the character Jack Bruno. The film Escape to Witch Mountain is about two young children who are orphans and not your everyday normal child in fact they are aliens with telekinesis and other extraordinary powers who just want to find out if they have a family and somewhere to call home. Can a sceptical and lonely camper Jason O'Day help the children get to Witch Mountain and away from a greedy Millionaire who wants to use their powers for himself so he can get more richer, will Jason get Tia and her bother Tony to the mountain in time or will the Millionaire get them back? I recommend you watch this film to find out what happens to the children. This review has been given a four star rating which means we liked it but not loved it because we kept noticing the strings that were used for the things that were moving with Tony's musical instrument, this also shows how much films have developed though the years as they are much more better than they were back in 1975. Thank you for reading my film review on Escape to Witch Mountain and are next year is going to be 1976 so I hope you will continue to read my Disney reviews though the years that I have not seen yet.
