What it takes to be a young film programmer

The Edinburgh International Film Festival (EIFF) is one of the oldest and most renowned festivals on the circuit, but it's not all organised by established film industry professionals. EIFF has a small team of Young Programmers that contribute to the festival, curating their own programme of short films, hosting Q&As, contributing copy to Festival publications, and watching and recommending new films for the Festival, among many other roles.

In the video above, four of this year's EIFF Young Programmers spoke to us about their experiences working at the festival, and reveal the films that they believe all young people should see before they're twenty.
