Trolls: The Reunion Tour has been created in partnership with Universal Pictures to celebrate therelease of Trolls Band Together, in cinemas October 20. This lesson sequence is for learners aged 7-12, and channels the film's infectious energy into a series of dynamic activities with links to physical education, maths, English/literacy and art & design.

Trolls Band Together reunites franchise favourites Poppy (Anna Kendrick) and Branch (Justin Timberlake), who are now officially a couple. As they grow closer, Poppy discovers that Branch has a secret superstar past he was a member of boyband phenomenon BroZone with his four brothers! After Branch's brother Floyd is kidnapped, Branch and Poppy embark on an epic adventure to new fantastical locations, meeting new Trolls and characters like Viva (Camilla Cabello) along the way on their journey to rescue Floyd and reunite BroZone to sing the perfect family harmony.

Trolls: The Reunion Tour invites pupils to imagine they're on the road with the band, offering a series of activities that support curriculum learning objectives and expose learners to career pathways in the creative industries:

  • We kick off with a Dance activity inspired by BroZone's synchronised steps. Pupils will get the chance to learn alongside the band while also coming up with some creative moves of their own using the Dance activity sheet.
  • A Stage Design activity channels art & design topics, guiding pupils to make a model stage incorporating a band logo for use on all official BroZone merchandise. Learners can collaborate on their creations, and will hone their practical planning skills
  • Our Tour Times activity presents maths-based problems using BroZone's gig dates and tour destinations. To help the tour run smoothly, pupils will calculate durations and come to understand the real-world importance of telling the time.
  • In our Making Headlines home learning sheet, pupils will create a newspaper front page reporting on BroZone's unmissable reunion tour. This activity supports the literacy skill of writing for purpose.

A chance to win a karaoke machine with our poster design competition!

Our Trolls Reunion Tour competition invites your learners to try their hands at gig promotion. To enter, they'll need to create a poster promoting BroZone's Reunion Tour.

For full details of how to enter, download our Trolls Reunion Tour competition sheet. The competition deadline is Monday 20 November 2023. Terms and conditions apply.

Updating our resources

We have developed a large catalogue of educational resources since launching in 2013, and some references and terminology will inevitably have dated as society and language evolves. We are aware of this and will be updating resources when our production schedule allows.
