A film guide that looks at Where the Wild Things Are (2009), a fantasy film in which a young boy named Max runs away from home and finds himself on a remote island, where he becomes King of a group of scary but loveable monsters named Wild Things.

This guide is useful for exploring topics including Art & Design and PSHE Education in addition to highlighting themes surrounding family, friendships, anti-bullying, growing up, books and plays, and mental health.
