Wellbeing: Mindfulness Through Film

An activity sheet to explore a character's thoughts and actions. thumbnail

These materials complement the Mindfulness Through Film training session which guides you through a variety of mindfulness exercises, using highlights from feature and youth-made films.

You’ll try out practical, film-focused activities that explore key mindfulness practices – from grounding techniques to emotional awareness exercises. You’ll also learn how these, in turn, can help young people to better understand the connection between their feelings, thoughts and actions.

The session is a part of Into Film's Wellbeing training, which also includes Staying Safe Online.
