A collection of some of the finest international film-makers work on 18 different short films, each set in a distinct Parisian location, which should, in theory, add up to a portrait of a great city. Inevitably they don't really add up to anything more than 18 very different visions of the city and its inhabitants, one piled almost randomly on the other, but there is plenty here to delight any viewer.
