Stunning visuals combine with a thoughtful plot in this bold sci-fi epic, based on a graphic novel and set on a devastated future Earth. Ravaged by decades of war with an alien race, the planet has been evacuated and is now home to just a few drone repairmen who work to ensure the smooth running of an operation to extract vital resources. Among them, Jack Harper is coming to the end of his mission when he rescues a mysterious stranger from a crashed spacecraft. The woman's arrival kicks off a dramatic chain of events that forces Jack to reconsider everything he knows about the war and leaves the fate of humanity in his hands.
Contains moderate violence and one use of strong language.
