Synopsis

Soft-centred super-villain Gru and his cute adopted girls return for another hilarious adventure in this sequel to 2010's hit animated spoof. Featuring loads more Minion mischief and some enjoyable new characters, it sees the now not-so-despicable Gru's attempts to be a normal, suburban dad thrown into chaos when he's approached by an ultra-secret global organisation to help catch a master criminal. The Anti-Villain League figure his bad guy expertise will quickly net them the evil Eduardo, but naturally once Gru and his well-meaning crew get involved, saving the world isn't as simple as they'd hoped. With cheeky laughs, plenty of action and Steve Carell's great voice work as Gru, this comedy is relentlessly good fun.
