Synopsis

When teenager Adam sets out on an epic journey to track down his long-lost father he is amazed to discover that dad is in fact the legendary Bigfoot! Having believed he was dead for a long time, Adam discovers that his father has been hiding in the forest to protect himself and his family from a sinister corporation keen to run scientific experiments with his unique DNA. After initial disbelief at being reunited, father and son gradually begin to reconnect with one another, and Adam discovers that he may even have some special powers of his own. But it soon becomes apparent that things are not going to be quite that easy for Adam and Bigfoot.

What our educators say

"Some of them saw a clip from Wakolda (The German Doctor) on TV recently and really wanted to watch it. So I thought I’d take a chance, not expecting them to watch the whole film but the majority were absolutely gripped. "
