Synopsis

The spooky mind of author R.L. Stine receives the film treatment once again, in this ghostly horror sequel. Slappy is an evil ventriloquist’s dummy who is hell-bent on starting the Halloween apocalypse with a series of other monsters. Three young friends stumble upon his plan as they are out exploring Stine’s abandoned house one day, and have to team up to stop the dastardly villain before he ruins Halloween for good. This comedy sequel has all of the fun, frolics and gentle scares that made the original ‘Goosebumps’ film a family favourite, and is bound to delight young audiences and inspire them to seek out further adventures in the perennially popular literary series.

What our educators say

"It really is a chance for us to open children's minds to the power of film not just as a vehicle for entertainment but also as a way in to understanding their own world and the worlds of people whose lives are very different."
