From the director of the worldwide anime sensation 'Your Name' comes this romantic drama which follows Hodaka, a high-school boy who runs away from his home on a remote Japanese island to live in Tokyo. Finding independent life much harder than he expected, and disappointed in the constant gloomy weather, he nevertheless finds a job as a writer for a mysterious occult magazine. However, he soon meets Hina, a charismatic and intelligent girl who claims to have the powerful and amazing ability to clear the sky and control the weather. Filled with passion and adventure, this is a visually dazzling and optimistic film for the younger generation.
