Synopsis

Winter is approaching and all of the partridges are getting ready for a nice long hibernation period in their warm, cosy home. All except Little Partridge that is, who can’t quite contain her excitement. After she accidentally destroys the family home, Grandma Partridge frets over what they are to do for winter without a roof over their heads. Little Partridge is not ready to give up, however, and her determination leads her on an adventure around the forest where she encounters other creatures, hoping that one of them may be able to help her family in their quest for a warm and safe winter.

What our educators say

"We are currently screening The Wizard of Oz, profound film that it is, and the last film Wall-E. It's been rewarding observing the KS1 6 year olds run the gamut of emotions from wonder to sadness to joy. "
