This awe-inspiring documentary tells the story of NASA's James Webb Space Telescope, one of the most powerful pieces of technology to capture images of space billions of light years away from Earth. The film pulls back the curtain on how the telescope was built and its high-stakes launch in 2021 into orbit, rocketing one-million miles from Earth. Space is like a time-machine: by travelling through it, we can see evidence of how stars are born and begin to understand how the universe began. It also delves into the mysteries of the universe in its search for other lifeforms. Featuring interviews with scientists explaining the different components of the telescope and the significance of its scientific discoveries, we travel to never-before-seen cosmic landscapes, recently discovered exoplanets and planets around other stars.
