Taking place over a single day in Iceland, we follow Una, a young, relatively introverted, art student who experiences the sudden loss of her friend and lover, Diddi, after a disastrous accident. Unbeknownst to most, Una and Diddi harboured feelings for each other but never told anyone as he was in a long-distance relationship with his girlfriend, Klara. Now, in the aftermath of his death, Una is confused as to how she should act around those close to both her and Diddi and whether she could come clean about their affair. However, when Una and Klara meet for the first time at a bar, their collective sadness turns into something more profound for both of the grieving young women. An emotionally intelligent film that makes the most of the beautiful Icelandic scenery that the story takes place in.
