Ruth and Megan are two best friends who own a struggling vintage shop in Muswell Hill, London. When they stumble upon a time machine, they make the impulse decision to use it for their own means, travelling all around time and space to source new and exciting goods for their shop in the hope that they can finally succeed. What at first seems like a genius idea soon turns out to be anything but as they realise their interference with history could be causing an irreparable rift in the fabric of the universe. A great example of independent British cinema, this clever and intriguing mockumentary comedy is a delightfully absurd journey around some unexpected places.
