On land, Arthur Curry is a family man who lives in a picturesque lighthouse. Below the surface of the sea, he is Aquaman, king of Atlantis. When an ancient power is unleashed by the vengeful Black Manta, Arthur is forced to team up with his imprisoned half-brother Orm, the former Ocean Master. Putting aside their differences, they journey into the mysterious Lost Kingdom, which holds dark secrets. But as devastating greenhouse gases are weaponised against the planet, life above and below water comes under threat. With its blend of myth, environmental themes, and dazzling underwater visuals, this live-action blockbuster inspired by DC Comics also explores sibling relationships and the burden of power.
