Synopsis
Momo is an orphaned girl living in the overgrown ruins of an ancient amphitheatre who harbours an extraordinary gift - listening deeply to others – which keeps her neighbourhood united. When the mysterious ‘Grey Corporation’ arrives, they trick the townspeople into trading leisure, friendship, and art for hyper-productivity, banking their saved hours in a corporate vault. As her closest friends turn into cold, anxious workaholics, Momo discovers the corporation’s sinister secret; they are parasitic phantoms who survive by stealing human time. Guided by a time-bending tortoise, Momo must navigate a world where time itself is frozen to combat the ‘Grey Corporation’ and restore humanity’s heart before it vanishes forever. Aside from being a thrilling adventure, this film serves as a timely reminder for audiences, about the dangers of technology.
