As many parts of the world struggle to learn how to coexist with carnivores again, this short documentary, set in Nepal, asks what we can learn from Nepali conservationists and communities about sharing landscapes with apex predators. With his native Britain and Ireland considering the reintroduction of apex predators like lynx, Dr Jonny Hanson, along with a group of Nepali conservationists, sets out to track a snow leopard and her cubs through this harsh but wonderous environment. As well as being a gorgeous nature documentary, this film can also act as a conversation starter around the changing landscape of Britain’s wild animals and their habitats.
