Dealing with stress at school, navigating online spaces that are becoming increasingly toxic, building a future when starting a career is becoming increasingly difficult - the pressures facing young men today are numerous and intense. In this open-hearted documentary, former England footballer and manager Gareth Southgate travels the country and talks to boys and men of various ages and backgrounds, discussing what it means to struggle, why bottling things up doesn't work, and how finding the right mentors and keeping yourself on track can change everything. Using his sporting background and personal public failures and successes as a starting point, Southgate attempts to open a conversation around masculinity and how we can better guide, support, and empower the next generation of young men.
