Synopsis

Born into the honoured position of prince of the forest, the wide-eyed deer Bambi's childhood friends include Thumper the rabbit and Flower the skunk. Meanwhile, his first experience of love comes in the form of beautiful doe Faline. Tragedy touches his young life in the form of a group of hunters - but soon, his antlers grow and he becomes a brave, grown-up deer who truly is Prince of The Forest. What our educators say

"Some of them saw a clip from Wakolda (The German Doctor) on TV recently and really wanted to watch it. So I thought I’d take a chance, not expecting them to watch the whole film but the majority were absolutely gripped. "
