Crime, Drama, Period and Historical
This sprightly, stylish movie, set in Chicago in the 1930s, follows a pair of confidence tricksters as they pull off the biggest job of their careers. Their con - and the film's plot - is extremely complicated, centreing around a betting shop where the customers gamble on horse races. It's nail-biting stuff that has the audience firmly on the side of the tricksters, willing their ruse - or "sting" - to come off.
Comedy in which two conmen compete for a wealthy woman's fortunes as they seduce their way across the French Riviera.
