Synopsis

In this spirited animation, Young Hercules, the son of Zeus, has been stripped of his immortality by Hades, god of the underworld, and is being brought up as a 'normal' man. In order to return to Mount Olympus he must become a 'true hero', completing various tasks and defeating an array of bad guys, including Hades himself. Sharp and funny, this is a rollicking old-school Disney take on the Greek myth, surprisingly unsentimental and with a lively pop music soundtrack.
