Synopsis

The thrills and spills of martial arts have been inspiring movies for years. But now there's a new hero high-kicking his way onto the big-screen - a giant panda by the name of Po! Not that he's what you might call a natural - he's a little on the tubby side, and far from graceful with it, which means that his dreams of kung fu glory don't look too likely to come true. But when the wise and ancient tortoise Master Oogway unexpectedly chooses him to defend the Valley of Peace from an evil snow leopard, it gives Po his big chance.

What our educators say

"Some of them saw a clip from Wakolda (The German Doctor) on TV recently and really wanted to watch it. So I thought I’d take a chance, not expecting them to watch the whole film but the majority were absolutely gripped. "
