Synopsis

In this animated sequel, mouse hero Stuart is downhearted until he makes a new friend, a pretty yellow bird called Margolo. Stuart rescues the injured damsel-in-distress, but is unaware that she is in the power of a falcon crime lord. She betrays Stuart, stealing his mother's ring before returning to the falcon's lair. Stuart thinks Margolo has been kidnapped and sets out to rescue her, with the help of his friend Snowbell and alley-cat Monty.

What our educators say

"It really is a chance for us to open children's minds to the power of film not just as a vehicle for entertainment but also as a way in to understanding their own world and the worlds of people whose lives are very different."

- Marlon Perkins, Teacher, Whitstable and Seasalter Endowed CofE Junior School, Kent
