Roald Dahl Day
This resource for Primary teachers is based on the film adaptation of Roald Dahl's hugely popular Fantastic Mr Fox, and features engaging activities to run in class or at your film club. The activities provide strong English and literacy links, as well as tapping into a range of other curricular subjects, including PSHE education, citizenship, art and design, technology and music.
Based around the screen version of Fantastic Mr. Fox, this resource includes teachers' notes, discussion questions, recommended activities and worksheets which can be photocopied for use in class or in your film club. The activities provide a range of opportunities to develop pupils' literacy, oral and critical thinking skills and encourage them to delve into their imaginations.
