We will work with you to plan this schedule and will cover reasonable travel costs, being as flexible as possible, and ask any prospective winner to commit to the same. Sessions will take place at a location that suits the winning entrant(s).
If you win you will also need to be in communication with Into Film and the production company to sign off your film at a later date once it has been made.
If a troop/unit win, all members of the troop/unit, including where appropriate their Scout leader/responsible adults, will need to sign permission release forms for the film. You do not have to commit to being on film to be part of the winning group. If you are to appear on film, you and, where appropriate, your responsible adult, will also need to sign a consent form to be filmed.
As per our Safeguarding and Child Protection policy, all children and young people will require a chaperone to and from any sessions and an Educator, youth leader, parent or carer will have to be present during sessions and responsible for the safeguarding of the young people.
