Synopsis
Jo and Raissa have been best friends since childhood, despite their differences, sharing a love for Filipino folklore and adventures. As they prepare to leave high school, Raissa is set to attend a prestigious university in the US, making Jo feel left behind. That’s until the pair are unexpectedly transported to Nakali, the mystical island from Jo’s grandmother’s stories. They meet Raww, a were-dog, who helps them find a way back home. Facing demonic creatures that threaten to erase their memories, their unexpected adventure puts their friendship to the test. A vivid animation that tackles themes of friendship and memory through Filipino culture, folklore and language.
