Synopsis

As every science fiction fan knows, going back in time and altering the past can cause all kinds of problems. It's just as well that Marty McFly, the teenager who drives a strange car back from the 1980s to the 1950s, is quick-thinking enough to deal with the many awkward situations that time travelling can create - not least making sure his mother and father fall in love, to guarantee that he has a future at all - cheekily using his knowledge of what's going to happen to 'invent' skateboards and rock music along the way.
