Leading the new releases in the first week of 2018 is Ridley Scott's All the Money in the World, a thriller set in 1973 which sees the world's richest man, Jean Paul Getty, refuse to pay the ransom when his teenage grandson is kidnapped.

Also released in cinemas this week

A renowned army captain must escort a dying man and his family across the Great Plains in the 1892-set violent western Hostiles; a young Syrian refugee acquires the power of levitation in Hungarian supernatural thriller Jupiter's Moon; and Benedict Cumberbatch provides narration in Walk With Me, a meditative documentary about a community of Buddhist monks and nuns in South West France.
