Leading a very busy week for new cinema releases is Ingrid Goes West, a dark comedy from first-time feature filmmaker Matt Spicer. A social media satire, Spicer's film sees the titular protagonist develop an obsession with Instagram celebrity Taylor Sloane and uplift her life to Los Angeles in order to befriend her.

Also released in cinemas this week

Also released is the Robert Pattinson-led heist thriller Good Time, race-themed post-World War Two drama Mudbound, Gloria Grahame biopic Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool, superhero behemoth Justice League and sci-fi anime Fireworks.
