Fantasy-themed The River Kingdom wins Film of the Month

Students from BossCrowns Film and Drama school jointly won our December / January Film of the Month competition with their fantasy-themed short film, The River Kingdom.

Filmmakers ranged from age 3 to 9, assisting with all aspects of the film's production. Talking about the films that inspired this short film, they cited beloved family films such as Cinderella and  Frozen

The young filmmakers told us how they enjoyed the creativity and room for expression filmmaking offered. 7-year-old Savannah said "I like acting and writing plays and stories. I like to use my imagination". Congratulations to BossCrowns Film and Drama school - we look forward to seeing what they come up with next.

This film was a joint winner with 16-year-old Nick Connor's short film, Think Of Me
