Synopsis

A sheriff named Joe comes face to face with a bank robber and is set for a classic western showdown, but things soon take a strange turn when he’s sent tumbling down a well. Joe finds himself on a wild adventure journeying through the many worlds and genres of film history. He goes from a creepy crypt to fleeing predators in the jungle before ending up in space on an alien planet. ‘Cliffhanger’ is a colourful and exciting short film which pays tribute to the experience of the cinema and the many worlds it transports us to.

What our educators say

"We are currently screening The Wizard of Oz, profound film that it is, and the last film Wall-E. It's been rewarding observing the KS1 6 year olds run the gamut of emotions from wonder to sadness to joy. "
